Is there anyone out there who gets chronic migraines like me? I’ve had them since I was 14 or so (I’m 18 now) and over the years they have only gotten worse. If you have any tips or know any triggers plllleeeeaaassee tell me. The one I have right now I’ve had it for a week :( thanks so much
